Return & Exchange Policy

At SnazzyPup, we acknowledge that not every customer will be satisfied with their order. To ensure the satisfaction of all our customers, our return and exchange policy is listed below. SnazzyPup has limited returns and exchanges. We do not accept returns and exchanges except under the limited circumstances of an incorrect product being sent to our customer. In the event of the incorrect product being delivered, the consumer must notify us directly within one week of arrival or forfeit any opportunity to correct the situation. In addition, any lost packages are to be dealt with directly with the shipping provider as once it leaves the hands of our distribution center, it is no longer under our care. SnazzyPup is committed to excellence in our product range as well as in our customer care, and we encourage you to reach out with any problems that may arise.
